The front cover of the November 1, 2019 Ringing World is a photo of the OPOT. The back cover is a photo of one of the window panels in the ringing room of the Cathedral. They were taken by 2 WRSers, Lian von Wantoch (front) and Catherine Wehlburg (back) and were selected by the RW as part of their “Front Cover Competition.”

Several months ago, WRS solicited submissions to the competition from members and sent them to the RW for consideration. We were excited to have TWO selected! It’d be great to have more North American photos chosen, so we hope other towers will consider submitting some.

To enter the competition, submit your photos on BellBoard (log in and click ‘Add photo’) or to frontpage@ringingworld.co.uk. If the RW uses your image, they’ll award a £25 prize and a free copy of that issue.
