I received this message from Bruce Butler, though there were no other recipients list on the copy I received so it's not at all clear who did or did not receive it. But it seems worth posting here!

I have also written to Bruce for clarification on exactly how we are supposed to answer question number 6 in the survey. It's not at all clear, at least not to me, what #1, #2 and #3 mean in this context, particularly since we can check any two or three of them for each tower! I'll update this when I have an answwer from him.
