New Castle Dinner and Ringing

Please join the New Castle ringers for their annual dinner.
The dinner will be held on November 12th this year. We will be ringing in the tower from 2pm-5pm. We will then be at the Parish House for dinner from 6pm. We will have our usual gift exchange, keeping gifts on the cheaper side (free is best!). We will be opening the Academy for people to change, rest and chat from 2-6pm.
We are trying a couple of new things this year! Firstly, we are asking people to bring their own beverages. We will have water and coffee, but other than that please byob!!
Secondly, we are asking for checks in advance by 10/29/16. The cost of the dinner will be $30 per person. The William Penn bistro is catering for us. They have a great reputation and we have been trying to book them for the past three years without success. We were thrilled they were available this year! So please send checks to the Parish House made payable to Immanuel Church, with Bell Ringer's Dinner on the memo line. The address is as follows:
