In thanksgiving for the life of A Thomas Miller, who passed away on Thursday, March 2, 2017. Tom was Tower Captain at St Mark's, Philadelphia and served since 2005 as Membership Secretary of the NAGCR. Rung half muffled for the first time with the muffles that were restored by Tom.
